What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Each product states the minimum order quantity on the catalog page. Colors and styles are able to be mixed and matched to reach the minimum order quantity.
When will my order ship?
For domestic orders, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping orders arrive in 2-4 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.
Note: Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO and non USA addresses may take up to 8 weeks.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We currently ship with USPS, and Canadian Post
Where can I get videos + images to post for advertising?
You can access all approved digital advertising material on the "Marketing Content" tab located on the bottom of our website.
What price should I be reselling the product for?
The MSRP (Manufacture Suggested Retail Price) can be found on the "catalog" page.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Wholesale units are available for exchange ONLY. If any inventory was was received defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of shipment delivery date.
Can I review my past orders?
You can review all past orders on the "My Account" page. You can also easily reorder past purchases from this page.
Can I order less than minimum order quantity?
Our case sizes are set to the quantity's listed on each product but we try and accommodate our customers as much as possible. Please contact us by phone or email with the quantity you are wanting to purchase and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I sell online?
To ensure that we stay successful in removing counterfeit products from the online marketplace, we are currently not allowing our vendors to resell online.
Can I pick multiple colors to make up my minimum order quantity?
Yes. You can mix the colors and styles in order to reach the minimum order quantity. Example for a 20 unit minimum order quantity. You can pick 2 units of style 1, 8 of style 2, 5 of style 3, 5 of style 4 to make up the 20 units. You can do any variation you would like to reach the minimum order quantity.
